Our communities vary in design: single-family homes, duplexes, or townhouses. But the one thing that remains consistent is our commitment to provide homeowners with attractive architecture, appealing environs, and amenities like walking paths, dog parks, and community gardens.
Led by Barb Bindon, our president, Hamilton Communities is a team of land development professionals that strives to create exceptional communities in places people want to live, work, and play. Our business focuses on purchasing unimproved land and using our expertise to obtain zoning, entitlements, and permits required for local or national homebuilders to build their houses.
Once we have our communities designed and permitted, we regularly offer them to Lennar Homes, America’s largest homebuilder, as well as D.R. Horton, PulteGroup, Toll Brothers, Richmond American Homes, M/I Homes, Dan Ryan Homes, and local/regional homebuilders in every county in which we develop.
