To be built, Loreley Landing is a 9-acre site that will be home to a 77-unit townhome community. To make this neighborhood special, we commissioned brand new Arts and Crafts architecture, which we knew would create a buzz. In keeping with the Craftsmen tradition, our architectural team created homes that are enhanced with distinctive color, detailed architectural elements, and fine finishes.
We are proud of our unique designs, and are confident that residents will enjoy such features as stone facades, shingle siding, carriage house garage doors, and earth-inspired colors that harken back to an era of fine craftsmanship.
